Chances are, if you're not sure what type of training you do, it's most likely to be a form of Sub Maximal Training (SMT). This is the style used by the majority of gym goers, and is therefore picked up in the gym from one person to the next.
SMT is typically based round high volume work outs that have delivered results for generations of bodybuilders.
