Take a narrow overhand grip in the middle of the handle of a moderately weighted barbell. Set your feet about shoulder width apart and stand erect, extending your arms straight up from your shoulders.

Keeping your upper arms motionless, slowly bend your arms and lower the barbell to the rear and downward in a semicircular arc until your arms are completely bent.

Avoiding any bouncing in the bottom position, use tricep strength to move the barbell back along the same path to the start position.
