 Grasp two moderately weighted dumbbells, set your feet about shoulder width apart, and clean the dumbbells to your shoulders. Rotate your hands so your palms are facing directly forward as you do your set. Stand as erectly as possible. Be sure you keep your elbows under your hands throughout each rep.

Press the weights directly upward, then in toward each other near the top of the movement, so they touch directly over your head when your arms are locked out straight.

Lower slowly back along the same arcs to the starting position.
