Lie
face down on the padded surface of the machine, your knees at the edge of
the pad toward the machine lever arm. Hook your heels under the upper set
of rollar pads and straighten your legs. Grasp either the handles provided
on either side of the head end of the pad, or the edge of the pad, or the
edges of the pad itself to steady your torso in position on the machine as
you do the movement. As you perform your lying leg curls, be sure that you
don't allow your hips to come up off the surface of the machine. |
