Attach two loop handles to the cables running through two overhead pulleys.

Grasp the handles and stand midway between the two pulleys, your feet should be set about shoulder width apart.

Bend a little bit forward at the waist and maintain this tight torso angle throughout your set.

Your arms should be extended upward directly toward the pulleys.

Rotate your wrists so that they are facing toward the floor throughout the set. Keep arms slightly bent at around 10 degrees throughout the set.

Use pectoral strength to move the handles under smooth control out to the sides and downward in semicircular arcs until they meet about six inches in front of your hips.

Hold your hands together while tensing your pectoral muscles tightly for 3 - 5 seconds.

Slowly return the handles smoothly and controlled back along the same path to the starting position.
