Sit
down in the machine seat and adjust the seat to a position as far from the
foot pedals as possible. Place your feet on the lower set of pedals and
straighten your legs. When you have your legs locked out straight, slide
your heels from the lower edges of the pedals, until only your toes and
the balls of your feet are in contact with the pedals. Allow the weight
attached to the lever arm of the machine to force your toes as far toward
your body as comfortably possible. |
