Take
an underhand grip of a barbell with your hands set about 4 - 6 inches
wider than your shoulders on the bar. Lean over a preacher curl bench with
your upper arms running parallel to each other down the angled surface of
the bench. The upper edge of the preacher bench should be set firmly under
your armpits. Fully straighten your arms for a complete stretch of the
biceps muscles. |
