| The front
of the arm consists of two muscles.
Between them, they
are responsible for drawing the forearm towards the shoulder and for
supinating the hand (turning it from palms facing the body to palms
facing forwards).
The muscle is
inserted onto the Acromion and the Processus Coracoideus, within the
shoulder.
It's attachment is on
the Radius and Ulna of the forearm.
Most biceps exercises
will involve the front shoulder and forearm muscles. |
