There
are several different types of handles which can attach to the end of a
cable running through a floor pulley. The best one allows a parallel-hands
grip with your hands relatively close together. Grasp the handle, place
your feet against the stop bar at the end of the machine seat toward the
pulley, and sit down on the seat. Your legs should be slightly bent
throughout your set to keep harmful stress off your lower back. Straighten
your arms out completely and lean toward the pulley to completely stretch
your lats. |
