Start Photo

Sit at the end of a flat exercise bench and brace your torso at a 45 - degree angle with the bench by grasping the edges of the bench. Extend your legs straight downwards at an angle, so your body makes one long line at a 45 degree angle with the floor. In the correct starting position, your heels should be just clear of the gym floor.

MidPoint Photo

Use front abdominal strength to pull your knees up to your chest while simultaneously bending your legs completely. Hold this peak contracted position for a slow count of two.
