The Commiphora Mukul ia an herb containing chemicals called guggulsterones.
These chemicals have been shown to increase both thyroid output and
conversion of T4 (the weaker thyroid hormone) into T3 (the stronger thyroid
hormone.) If thyroid levels drop - usually when restricting calories on a diet,
the bodies self defense mechanism to maintain current body weight and conserve
energy, causing further fat loss to become very difficult. Maintaining a high

It is a good idea to use this herb along with iodine and L-Tyrosine as these

gugglesterone has been shown as 200 - 750mg 2 - 3 times a day. Most
guggulsterone supplements are found as combination products along with other
ingredients usually for the sole purpose of fat loss. When looking for a
