WHAT IS L-PPA?
L-PPA has been shown to be significantly more thermogenic than the very
popular ephedrine. In terms of it's properties, L-PPA comes very close to
amphetamine in it's action - yet being far safer than ephedrine, which much
fewer side effects like tremors or nausea. L-PPA is a very powerful lipolytic,
particularly acting on brown adipose tissues. Also acting as a very strong
appetite suppressant, it is of great importance to those on a calorie restricted
diet.
L PPA is a chemical cousin of ephedrine and it is probably not wise to
combine the two chemicals together. It has also been shown to be upto 20% less
effective when combined with caffeine rather than more effective as when
ephedrine is combined with caffeine. However scientists have discovered that PPA
actually causes caffeine levels to rise four times what they normally are. So if
someone was to drink two cups of coffee and take an effective dose of PPA that
person would have the equivalent of eight cups of coffee in their blood. So
combining the two can make a person feel very wired and on edge. Taken with
caffeine PPA also raises blood pressure, where as when taken alone at the
correct dose of 25 mg two or three times a day there is no rise in blood
pressure. Increasing the dose further than this however can raise blood
pressure.
WHY USE L-PPA?
Due to the fact ephedrine is band and illegal in England you often see this
substance as a direct replacement or alongside ephedra in one of it's forms.
