Shane	Question	100% Whey: If I mix a serving with water how long should this be good for in the fridge Also they suggest two rounded scoops per serving, a serving being 45g as stated on the tub but two rounded scoops comes in way above 45g. Which is it or is this a ploy for those who don t weigh their servings to use it up quicker and ergo buy more of their product
	Answer	Shane two rounded scoops is quite an inexact recommendation as people will treat this differently but it is an average. If you want to measure more accurately feel free to do so. Remember that 45grams of protein will weigh more than 45 grams due to binders, fillers, trace fats etc so you should generally be going a little over the stated weight. However we generally believe scoops should be a little more exact to weigh your product but every company varies in this. There is also the difference in how much binder, filler and flavouring each company uses and their label claims are only batch averages as with all food labels, so its best to err a little on the side of taking in too much rather than not enough. Most Whey's are stable for about 8 hours or so if kept refrigerated, however we don't recommend keeping them around much longer than this as the protein can begin to denature.

Jonathan	Question	[Sci-MX] 100% Whey: Hello Admin, ive recieved this product on friday and since then my stomach and been stickking out more then before and i feel bloated. also ive gotten alot of acne and my skin has gone too dry. im 16 and i weigh 260lbs. im 17 in march. i havent trained properly onver the weekends. isit best if i take it on the days that i would go to the gym. i mean there are alot of calories which i havent used.
	Answer	Jonathan, the bloating may be caused by your poor reaction to milk based products so you should build up the amount drunk until you feel better able to digest the protein. The product should certainly not cause an increase in both acne and dry skin, certainly not during such a short time period, even if you have trouble with it. At your large size your overall calorie count should probably be quite low. The idea of the protein is to supply quality nutrients instead of some high calorie meals. You may need to reduce your general food intake and replace some small meals with a protein shake. Your body builds muscle on the days you are not training so it's important to have protein every day but you should treat protein as the first and foremost part of your diet and reduce other calorie intakes accordingly.

Protein shakes offer a great way to get super quality protein into the diet, which is an essential part of growing and maintaining lean muscle tissue and it's also a food stuff that is hard for the body to store as fat but there are a million variables to your training, overall diet, dedication, genetics, your personal goals etc that make any answer meaningless. Let's put it this way, this is one of the best protein foods you could possibly include in your diet and you won't get into great shape without a high protein controlled diet no matter how hard you train. 	Answer	There should be a scoop in all tubs. Sometimes it settles quite deep in the powder during transit so you might have to dig it out.

Higher protein diets aid muscle growth and fat loss but as for getting massive that would take careful planning!
