[Met-Rx] Supreme Whey: Good value for money, saw/felt a difference within a week, then saw more gains after a month or so. Taste isn t too bad, there not as bad as people make out, rather sweet at first but easy to drink. The key is to drink one scoop three times a day, worked for me Kris |
