Met-Rx by Met-Rx: Good as a meal in the morning or straight after a work-out or part of body-building diet . Everyone knows Met-Rx is the best, but you do pay for it in the price. I would recommend it. Tastes nice as well, but is a bit thick when taken with milk Pedro |
