CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
What You Will Need
1. A Sachet of Gelatine
2. Chocolate Whey Protein
3. Vanilla or Banana Whey Protein
Preparation
1. Whisk 40g of chocolate whey protein, half a sachet of gelatine and 4oz of
skim milk until frothy.
2. Whisk 20g of vanilla or banana whey protein, half a sachet of gelatine and
2oz of skim milk until frothy.
3. Pour the chocolate mix into two tall glasses.
4. Slowly pour the vanilla/banana mix on top of the chocolate mix.
5. Leave to set in the fridge for around 1 hour.
Nutritional Information
A simple high protein dessert providing a small amount of carbohydrate and very
little fat. Ideal to follow a meal low in protein, or as a low calorie snack
between meals when you feel like something sweet.
