ESSENTIAL FATS

There are two essential fatty acids, Linoleic Acid and Linolenic Acid. These are converted in the body into other fats that are required. Some of these conversion processes degenerate with age, such that other oils can effectively become essential.

Sources: Soybean, Flaxseed (Linseed) Oil

Comment: Conversion to GLA is severely limited as you get older. Supplemental GLA is recommended.
