BodyActive Loyalty Points

The BodyActive Online Loyalty Points are a reward for those people who have shopped with us over a period of time. Its one of the ways we like to thank you for using our store.

Each time you make a purchase, we award you loyalty points based on the products being bought, the value of the sale, and the number of items being purchased. These points are then accumulated, and their cash value is returned to you when you make a future purchase.

There is nothing for you to do, its all done automatically for you, so just sit back and benefit from your continued loyalty.

• Loyalty Points (LPs) are awarded on the first day of the next month 30 days following the completion of a sale. e.g. a sale that completed on the 27th of March would have the LPs credited on the 1st of May.
• LPs may take 2-3 days from crediting to show on your account.
• LPs will be redeemed against purchases at a minimum rate of £1 for 1000 LPs.
• Your LPs will automatically be redeemed against a future purchase. To make the transaction transparent, you will be billed for your goods in full and a refund will be made (at the above rate) for the LPs you hold. e.g. If you purchase a product for £40 (as shown in the shopping cart) and hold 5000 LPs, your payment card will be debited £40 in full. An immediate, but separate, transaction will then credit your card for £5 (5000 LPs = £5).
• LPs may not be transferred to a different account, nor may they be exchanged for a money refund. Any purchase made, where LPs are used to meet or part meet payment, will, where goods are returned or claimed for, be credited by way of further LPs.
• Where a dispute arises on how many LPs a customer may have, we will fully investigate your claims, however, our decision will be final.
• LPs shall be considered to have a monetary value of zero.
• We reserve the right to change or cancel this scheme at any time, without notice and without obligation.
