Question |
BodyActive Manchester Store: I was just wondering what protein brand would you recomend that would help to increase and make me able to see bigger muscle gain thanks. |
|
Answer |
Hi Andrew
If you want to gain more muscle size you will need more calories than you can burn, however if these calories are coming from poor quality nutrition you will likely put on bodyfat rather then muscle mass.
ensure your training is tough to cause the stimulus for your muscle to recover bigger and stronger and supplement with a quality weight gainer such as critical mass or instant mass. each shake provides plenty of good quality carbohydrates and protein as well as excess calories essential to put on muscle size. |

Question |
BodyActive Manchester Store: Sorry, the whey protein isn t it vegetarian Cause I saw that you have a protein whey category and another vegan one. I thought that the whey protein is a co-product of the cheese making process. I m ovo-lacto-vegetarian (I can eat eggs and milk), so, is the whey protein suitable for me Thanks! |
|
Answer |
Most whey proteins are suitable for vegetarians as they contain no animal tissue, only animal produce.
Vegans however would not be able to use whey as you say, because it is a milk derived product.
Nutrisport do a Vegan 90 protein which is a fortified Pea based protein containing no animal based or derived ingredients whatsoever |

|
Answer |
Hi James. Shred Matrix is an excellent, cutting edge product in the supplement industry. The important thing also is to focus on your diet - reduce excess nutrients that aren't useful, focus on high protein / moderate to low carb meals, and frequent sittings to enhance the metabolic rate. Also try to include more fibre and green tea in your diet as these will assist greatly. |

Question |
BodyActive Manchester Store: Hi, i want to gain muscle mass and feel and look biggr but i dont know what supplement to take to get results quickly...any help |
|
Answer |
Hi Jaser, to get results you need a lot of hard work and dedication, there isn't really any way to get rapid results. To get you started the best advice i can give is invest in a good weight gainer to up your daily calorie intake, some creatine (Kre-Alkalyn i personally love) and a good meal replacement is also handy if stuck for time (Reflex progen). If you are an experienced trainer then maybe a pro hormone cycle may be what you are looking for. For more help post up your training experience and goals and i can advise your further.
