Josh is a former Freestyle wrestler who has now transferred
his skills to Mixed Martial Arts and has fights lined up. The majority of his
training is bodyweight and circuit training as well as training in his sport.
Josh is good at advising on building lean muscle and recovery products to help
with a hectic training schedule. Josh takes satisfaction in helping each
customer achieve their own personal goals.
Nathan is an avid Rugby Union player and is continuing
working to improve his already large physique with regular training sessions and
a great diet. Nathan plays second row for his team which is a position that
requires a lot of strength and power so his regular gym sessions are tailored
towards this. He is a good person to speak to when wanting to build mass as he
has achieved this goal, Nathan loves what he does and likes to help you to
achieve what your also working towards.
Alex is a professional Thai boxer and regularly competes, his
diet is immaculate when leading up to a fight, he aims towards a very lean
physique as at the height of 6’1’’ and competing usually at around 69kg he can’t
afford to have an ounce of fat on him. Alex is very easy going and is good at
offering diet tips, recommending products to cut down for a fight and
recommending what Thai boxing equipment is right for each customer.
Garry is a great all around athlete, having competed at a
high level in many sports including Basketball, Rugby and Badminton. He now
trains mainly in Mixed Martial Arts with the aim of fighting in the near future.
Garry believes in maximising the use of the top compound exercises when in the
gym. Garry is very knowledgeable on the Mixed Martial Arts equipment and is
extremely helpful when happy out each customer.
