	31/12/2010	Muscle Fuel STS [USN]: strawberry tastes nice with milk, quite sickly with water but is drinkable, smells vile. Put 3 pounds on from the 2kg tub, had 3 shakes a day. Its a decent supplement. andrew

	Answer	It would depend on your primary goal Roy. For muscle gain this is fine as a pre bed nutrition, however if you need to lose a lot of bodyfat it may not be ideal and we'd suggest a lower calorie carb free formula in that scenario.
