	19/01/2012	Creatine X4 by USN: Only had these for a week so cant comment on how effective but the reason why i stopped is because i developed an unbearable chest, trap and neck pain. Stopped taking them and the pain has gone I may be allergic to them or maybe its a side effect I tried these based on reccomendations but did not work for me. By the way im 6 3 130kg and strength training. Good price if your not certain though :) ben

	Answer	A loading phase is when you take a higher dosage initially of the creatine to saturate the muscle cells. A typical loading phase would be two-three times the regular amount of the first week, divided up into portions throughout the day, before going on to a sustainable, once a day dosage.
