Ricky	Question	Appetite Block [USN]: Guys, how does this supplement compare to EST Suppressor My issue is not so much with hunger but with cravings. With product is more adapt to supressing sugar cravings
	Answer	Ricky the sports supplements both work in fairly similar ways, promoting a feeling of fullness without overloading on calories, basically they convince the brain with a false signal and reduce future appetite. In terms of sugar cravings, although these sports supplements can help, extreme sugar cravings are usually a sign of lack of either tyrosine crossing the blood brain barrier or an insulin problem. You can reduce sugar cravings specifically through a few methods, increasing Omega 3 oil intake, increasing protein or more specifically tyrosine intake (whey isolate is a good, healthy source actually) and by using insulin potentiators such as Insulean K, White Blood or other Alpha Lipoic Acid containing supplements whenever you eat carbohydrates. This ensures an even insulin response and that adequate aminos cross into the brain, both of which massively reduce cravings for sugar and other sweet foods.
