Recommended Use:
On training days, take 1 heaped tablespoon (20g) mixed with 200 ml of
water approximately 40 minutes before workout. A second serving (mixed
with 400 ml of water) may be sipped during particularly intensive workouts
lasting over one hour. Only use on an empty stomach and do not eat food
or drink a nutrition shake for at least half an hour after taking a serving
of Nitrox Punch as it may diminish the effect.
On rest days, take 1 heaped tablespoon (20g) mixed with 200 ml of cool
water per day between meals (preferably before midday)
