Recommended Use Sci-MX Nitro Fusion:

Mix 1 level scoop Nitro Fusion into 300 to 400 ml of cold water (one serving) Take one serving Nitro Fusion 20 -30 minutes before training and another serving as soon as possible after training. A loading phase is not required with Nitro-Fusion. On rest days, have only one serving Nitro Fusion with breakfast. Insulin stability and creatine transport:
Sci-MX’s unique Crea-Forté creatine blend (14g of creatine monohydrate, creatine ethyl ester and tri-creatine malate) is rapidly absorbed through the stomach wall and enters the blood stream. Insulin is what drives creatine molecules into muscle cells, so dextrose is included in the formulation to raise insulin production while the alpha lipoic acid (R+ALA) stabilises it at an optimum level and prevents an unwanted insulin spike. This ensures that the entire dose of creatine is fully utilised. Once within the muscle cell mitochondria, creatine molecules quickly go to work by replacing phosphate molecules that break free from ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate) during intense weight training. This raises fast-twitch muscular contractibility, meaning increased power at low reps and the ability to lift heavier weights, resulting in more micro trauma in muscle tissue and triggering adaptive muscle growth.

Muscle building-block replacement:
Taurine, L-glutamine and Beta-Alanine then act as building blocks to replace depleted amino acids - this is the actual muscle building process. HMB also acts as a pre-cursor to the amino acid leucine, which ensures that your body remains in an anabolic state, thus preventing muscle wastage.

Carbohydrate equivalent:
For those on a low carbohydrate diet, each serving of Nitro-Fusion only contains the equivalent carbohydrates of an orange or a banana.
