Recommended Use Sci-MX Nitro Fusion:

Insulin stability and creatine transport:
Sci-MX’s unique Crea-Forté creatine blend (14g of creatine monohydrate, creatine ethyl ester and tri-creatine malate) is rapidly absorbed through the stomach wall and enters the blood stream. Insulin is what drives creatine molecules into muscle cells, so dextrose is included in the formulation to raise insulin production while the alpha lipoic acid (R+ALA) stabilises it at an optimum level and prevents an unwanted insulin spike. This ensures that the entire dose of creatine is fully utilised. Carbohydrate equivalent:
