Im not overweight 94kg 5 11 36yrs but would like to build muscle and reduce overall fat levels. I current use the GRS 5 Sci MX protein shake. Will the CLA assist in reducing cholesterol and does it have any long term side effects. thx
	Answer	Certainly it will do Craig. Reducing cholesterol levels revolves predominantly around reducing overall fat mass however, so just trying to lose bodyfat and building muscle will assist you greatly in this. There are no long term sides associated with a halthy fat such as CLA.

	Answer	Yes, these are a good stack for long term use to reach the goals you require. You will need to team it up with a good diet with ample protein, 2-3 portions of fruit, 3-4 portion of veg, and moderate fat levels. Your goals are best met by eating 5-6 small meals per day

	Answer	ZMA should be used just before sleep, preferably on an empty stomach, or at least 30 minutes after your last meal. CLA tabs can be taken along with any of your meals, although spreading the doses throughout the day will offer the best results. Just swallow a few caps before each meal, depending on the dose required. Lean Grow Extreme is used to replace and supplement meals and is generally used throughout the day inbetween whole food meals.
