Mix one and a half rounded teaspoons with 200 ml of cool water. Have three
servings per day. On training days, have one serving 45 minutes before
training, one within 30 minutes after training and one with breakfast
if training takes place in the evening, or one with evening meal if training
takes place in the morning. On rest days, have one serving with each meal
