Universal Animal Pak: I ve been using animal paks for a while now,and have just bought some reflex Alpha Lipoic Acid.But i noitced that animal paks already contain it 200mcg.Can i still use my reflex with it or will i be dosing too high on it was their any point me getting it,or will i still be benefiting from these two together i m also stacking reflex l-carnitine,reflex coleus forskohill guggul lipid complex and reflex B,C,A,A s.I m trying to cut up safely and not lose any muscle in doing so,is this a safe stack and would you say its any good

Many atheltic users will be consuming around 200mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid prior to meals to limit fat storage and enhance anti-oxidant defences. The 200mcg in Animal Pak is a trace amount really and will not cause an overdose. I would be concerned if you were consuming well above 600mg a day, but many people regularly do this.

This sounds like a very sensible and all natural stack to enhance fat reduction and overall hardening up. Stick with it.

Jack Universal Nutrition do not state a specific branding for their digestive Enzyme blend. Most supplement companies tend to use Vegetable derived enzymes in general but since the Animal Pak is not certified as a vegetarian product it is still possible that pig derived products are contained in its formula.

Neither product will have any direct influence on muscle size, nor strength, rather an indirect benefit. These two products are both good, as they supply an array of essential vitamins and minerals, amino acids, anti-oxidants and digestive aids. Keeping you healthy, will keep you in a good state to train without becoming ill or over trained. Take either, as a year round adjunct to your training, diet and supplement routine.

Animal Pak is a multi nutrient and anti oxidant complex. You should consume this with your largest, solid food meal of the day for enhanced absorption.

I would certainly suggest that for strict vegetarians this is not a suitable product. Although liver products are extremely minor additions they are obviously animal derived products.
