Universal Animal M-Stak: Good all round product. Not super strong for gaining size but a pleasure to use specially when shredding fat as I found it helped me keep size gains and add a small amount and a decent amount of strength, while giving me great energy never felt before to do hardcore cardio while working 40hours a week..... really helps fuel workouts and didn t have bad results I had with other caffiene products. Feel good on this product will def use again but not for gaining size rather for keeping size and sports performance to keep me mentally and physically sharpe in times of need. I felt first thing in the morning with creatine was best for me 20mins before breakfast. A

Animal M-Stak: I have been using this for just over 2wks and my workouts are awesome i feel like i could do another training session when i am finished in 2wks my strength has shot up. I have just started training again after 1yr off and this was the perfect boost i ne eeded. I want to stay natural no pro-hormones or steroids. Animal M-Stak by Universal: i have just taken a pack of m stak an hour ago, and god help me i m lituraly covered head to toes with rashes, big red patches itchy as hell covering every spot of my body, looks and feel aweful, i wish i never took it now, i can t even go on the gym from how itchy and irritate am feeling ,

It may contain a slight dosage of beta-alanine. This does have the tendancy to make you itch, but eventually it goes away. I use to like the tingling sensation it gave me, as it's also an excellent product that helps buffer lactic acid build up in the muscles and increase carnosine production.

i would consult your GP though if you feel unsure and not certain about this product.

In your opinion does this product have a greater anabolic effect than 19 Anabol Testo from USN I am looking for the strongest formula without resorting to pro-hormones so could you also recommend anything else

Matt to be honest we can only go off the results we've had and that other customers report as they both, on paper, look like great formulas. Generally both of these get great reviews, but simply on a personal level, the 19 Anabol Testo worked better and quicker for me, but that doesn't mean its the same for everyone.

G.T there is a certain amount of digestion time with these products but it wouldn't really class as time released in the medical sense. Generally you should take these products 45 minutes before training to see the best effect when it's activity will peak during training and post workout feedings.

No Jason, M Stak does not interfere with overall estrogen conversion and contains only natural anabolics and herbal boosters not any synthetic hormones. It can be safely used without long term downsides.
