Hey Gavin, gaining weight and size is all to do with energy balance. the only way you will gain more size is to consume more calories then you need.

When going for separates I tend to have a protein powder, MRP, creatine and a pre-workout pump supp. Tried Hardcore before & looking back it worked well so thinking of going back to it. If you're struggeling to put on muscle mass and still attempting to lsoe bodyfat you may have identified half the solution yourself Iain. As a recommendation, I would eat around the maintenance level of calories, keeping the protein very high of course, and use carb-cut offs in your diet at segments in the day when you're innactive.

You have a very good selection of supplements that should help you sufficiently. I would replace the whey protein with a blend of proteins such as the peptide fusion by reflex or whole gains by biorhythm - these would be more suitable meal replacements, whilst you could still consume Omni in the post workout area.

It's a great product with a ton of useful ingredients, but if you already have a designated post-workout product like After-Glow, and those accessory supps that provide a good amount of ingredients contained in Omni, it might help if you look into a product such as Lean grow or GR5 Protein by their brand. All-in-one's are typically cost effective solutions for many, so when you have a comprehensive stack like yours paul, it makes more sense to include either a base gainer or protein assistance power to compliment meals.
