tim	Question	Omni MX [Sci-MX]: hey would the biorhythm krealkalyn be a better creatine choice rather than that which is in the omni mx or should i buy a separate protein and creatine instead of the all in one
	Answer	Tim Omni-MX contains a standard creatine rather than a pH balanced one like Kre-Alkalyn. Some people react fine to this standard creatine while others have a poor reaction with digestion, bloating and little size increase. If you tolerate normal creatine okay then you will probably find Omni-MX works out cheaper for long term use. If you have issues with it however, you will probably find that buying a large tub of separate protein such as a Sci-MX whey etc and then using Kre-Alkalyn capsules will be more effective and only slightly more expensive over a month.

	Answer	Michael all in one solutions tend to be extremely good for those first starting out as they contain plenty of foundation nutrition like high quality protein along with many of the popular supplements that can be confusing when bought seperately. Omni MX and Cyclone are competitors, although quite similar they do have a few differences. The Cyclone is slightly more complete in it's contents but it is more sugary. These extra carbs can be useful for post workout growth and loading but may lead to more fat gain in some individuals. Omni MX is less sugary, making it less ideal for post workout use but it is easier to use later in the day as its higher fibre and slower release formula make it less likely to cause fat storage. It's probably best to see what times of day you can fit in your shake best. For round the gym times, Cyclone may suit you better. For early or late use away from the gym, Omni MX may be a better choice.

	Answer	SB generally with all-in-one type stacked products like this the major problem with bloating is either a major lactose intolerance, which you would probably know about from milk and other dairy, or a problem with the creatine monohydrate powder in it. Some people have digestive problems faced with raw creatine powder. You can lessen this by varying the dilution of the mixture to see if a thicker or thinner mixture suits your GI tract better. You can also invest in some probiotic yoghurts - just a spoon or so before each shake, or actual probiotic or digestive enzyme tablets from health food stores, these can sometimes improve your reaction to powdered creatine and its bloating effect.

Recommended Use of Sci-MX Omni-MX:
