Tim	Question	Omni-MX by Sci-MX: Hi I ve been really happy with the results from Omni Mx for the last 6 months. I take a serving first thing, and one post work out, with a couple of ON. Gold Standard Whey shakes throughout the day to keep my protein topped up. I was wondering if there was a slightly cheaper and better option available to me to add more muscle, or should I just work out more I m getting through 2 to 3 tubs of OmniMx + nearly a 4.4kg bag of Whey each month. I workout at 4/5 times a week, 40 mins of intense weights with 20 mins (max) of cardio at the end, and several sets of tennis on rest days . I m 6.0 and about 185lbs Part of me is reluctant to change what seems to be a really good formula for me. I eat plenty of fish and chicken, but lunch can be a miniscule meal sometimes, with a shop sandwich followed by a protein shake. I am very wary of my belly coming back, which I have worked hard to remove, but have been checking out Lean Grow, and other similar products. 	Answer	Hi Tim, It's not outrageous, but it's certainly easy to adjust. You sound articulate and intelligent - have you checked out our forums? You would be able to get some fantastic, comprehensive advice there to help you achieve your goals, I gaurentee it. I'll try to give you a simplified answer here, but I'd very much like to hear from you there too. If you're reluctant to change, it's unlikely to be a case of adding / retracting supplements, it will be more intricate and to do with your nutritional values and training progression. To increase lean mass, eat slightly above maintenance calories with a progressive weight training program. Looking forward to hearing from you, Adam

	Answer	As long as you're consuming an adequate amount of calories in your overall diet like you mentioned then yes this would be fine Khan. It all depends on what dosages of the ingredients you may want as well as Omni, as you know contains extra additional things such as BCAA's, creatine, beta-alanine, etc.

Liam	Question	Omni-MX by Sci-MX: The scoop that comes in the tub looks way too big to mix 3 scoops with water! is it really 3 of those 120ml scoops per serving then surely a2kg tub wouldnt last long at all. Cycone has a 100ml scoop and you have 1.5 scoops per serving and the protein difference isnt that much, so surely cyclone has the edge
	Answer	I'm confused by what you mean with a 100ml serving. Are you refering to the grams measurement? If so, it's just what the company needs to fit in their selected ingredients for the product. Whether Cyclone has the edge on Omni is arguable - both are two great products that sell fantastically for their respective companies.

	Answer	Tim Omni-MX contains a standard creatine rather than a pH balanced one like Kre-Alkalyn. Some people react fine to this standard creatine while others have a poor reaction with digestion, bloating and little size increase. If you tolerate normal creatine okay then you will probably find Omni-MX works out cheaper for long term use. If you have issues with it however, you will probably find that buying a large tub of separate protein such as a Sci-MX whey etc and then using Kre-Alkalyn capsules will be more effective and only slightly more expensive over a month.

michael	Question	Sci-MX Omni-MX: Hi would you recomend this over cyclone, i am only starting to work out and think that an all in one solution would be best, or is there a better product out there suited to me
	Answer	Michael all in one solutions tend to be extremely good for those first starting out as they contain plenty of foundation nutrition like high quality protein along with many of the popular supplements that can be confusing when bought seperately. Omni MX and Cyclone are competitors, although quite similar they do have a few differences. The Cyclone is slightly more complete in it's contents but it is more sugary. These extra carbs can be useful for post workout growth and loading but may lead to more fat gain in some individuals. Omni MX is less sugary, making it less ideal for post workout use but it is easier to use later in the day as its higher fibre and slower release formula make it less likely to cause fat storage. It's probably best to see what times of day you can fit in your shake best. For round the gym times, Cyclone may suit you better. For early or late use away from the gym, Omni MX may be a better choice.

Recommended Use of Sci-MX Omni-MX:
