	Answer	Hi Gary, The best way to use this product is to take one shake directly after you train. Then have another one later in the afternoon or earlier in the day to ensure maximum gains and recovery times. Aim for 2 shakes a day, one directly after training is the most important so don't miss that one. Then supplement the other one whenever you decide is best.

	Answer	Omni's a solid product benjamin and as long as you're progressively hitting heavier weights in the gym then you will see change. Just be patient and keep lifting heavy - a month is a short period of time to judge a weight gainers effects. It will work with the right training program and overall nutrition.

	Answer	Hi Niraj, Omni is a fantastic supplement - not just for building muscle, but also performance as well. It contains a lot of incentives to help optimise recovery, muscle growth and strength in the gym. You could stack it with Thermobol, although I wouldn't recommend trying to go in 2 directions at once. Focus on building mass first, then cut with a lower cal protein shake if you wish to reveal definition. Remember, the more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn regardless!

Recommended Use of Sci-MX Omni-MX:
