BW	Question	Ultimate 4 by Sci-Mentor: Would this be good to use upon waking up in the morning. I already use after glow for post workout. If not what would you recommend
	Answer	Ultimate 4 is a great choice for early morning nutrition. It has a total 4 stage release protein so some is working instantly after waking when you need it but you also get a release fo several hours to cover you until later in the day. You also get a dose of creatine which is ideal early in the day. This can be used any time except after training when your After Glow is more specialised.

Ultimate 4 combines four proteins which can be absorbed at different speed. This combination is ideal for post-workout recovery preventing post-trauma muscle breakdown (after your workout). This means that a rapid anabolic response is supported.
