Protein Brek [Sci-Mentor]: You guys need this stuff. The best tasting and most efficient all round protien i have used. I d advise buying up bags of the stuff. Decent price too. Out of all the supps (if you can call it that ) that ive tried recently - this is the one i will not be without! mattv

Sci-Mentor Protein Brek: the 2nd bag i bought of this is completely different to the first it looks slightly different, smells slightly different, tastes awful and needs more of the mixture to turn it porridge like....jus wondered if you ve experienced this urselves and could explain why this is...absolutely loved the 1st bag not so keen on the 2nd!!

Sounds unusual Liam. The product is rather new so there is no reason why there should have been an ingredients alteration at this stage. Sometimes products do change their ingredient runs, but usually only after a year or so, Protein Brek is still a new product so that wouldn't be my first guess. There may be a faulty batch in this case as we've all really enjoyed the Protein Brek and a different smell and taste sounds very unusual. Would be a terrible shame if Protein Brek went downhill as I think everybody here uses it now. Hopefully it's just a poor batch.

[Sci-Mentor] Protein Brek: Saw this mentioned in your blog - looks great value though not much info. How many 30g of protein servings would you get in a 2kg tub im guessing around 20-25

Matt there are 28 full servings per bag. Each serving has 30grams of protein and 31grams of carbs primarily from slow release organic oats. There's a variety of other useful ingredients, glutamine, colostrum etc and plenty of fibre. It also tastes pretty great, especially with a little warm milk or water when it turns to a porridge like consistency. I think everyone here is using this now.
