	22/10/2008	Whey Refresh by Reflex: Orange tastes perfect. Best on the market. Tropical Punch is sickly sweet but okay if you like that diet coke sweetness. Rhubarb is just plain weird. Tastes like Rhubarb! But not sure why anyone would think thats good! Had to try it though. Haha. Macgold88

	17/07/2008	Whey Refresh by Reflex: My ordered arrived on time although one of the bottle s seal was broken and the cap not properly screwed therefore all its contents spilled all over the case. By the way, it s not till later during the day that after my workout I try the product for the e first time and to my surprise after reading all the comments about the great taste and all that I found out it tastes horribly and that s being nice. It s so bitter that would make a lemon taste sweet and honestly they couldn t make it taste worse if Luc81

Bradin	Question	Reflex Whey Refresh: Hi, just wondering whether once you opend a bottle of whey refresh reflex, does it have to be consumed straight away or if you refrigerate it, will it be ok to consume it winthin 3 or more days.
	Answer	I would recommend using it within 24 hours. Protein is an ideal medium for germs to multiply and the longer its open, the greater the risk

Neil	Question	Whey Refresh by Reflex: Just wondered how these compare to some of the other ready to drink mixes They look pretty good from the ingredients.
	Answer	I d say these are at the top end of the ready to drink products Neil. Most are great for on the go nutrition but they tend to be higher in calories and with less top end protein than an actual powder mix but Reflex have only top grade whey protein isolat te with no carbs or junk at all. This may not be ideal for weight gain but it is great for lean gain or fat loss quality.
