The list of ingredients makes it more of a competitor to synergy than cyclone, but for my goals that makes it spot on. As with all the protein based products, reflex seems to be able to give you more for your money than anyone around Paul O

Mike	Question	[Reflex] One Stop Xtreme: Hi trying to gain muscle mass but I have an underactive thyroid and in late 40s. Still play rugby but need to build more bulk. Thinking of using this during the day/pre training and Afterglow post training. Also considered using nutrisport 90 in pre bed time drink would welcome your thoughts!
	Answer	Hi Mike Sounds like a great stack to me, the one stop extreme is an excellent all in one and will provide plenty of protein and calories to assist you bulking up. Gaining and maintaining additional muscle mass is all to do with your calorie intake, so if you are not gaining the size try to get more calories down you, if you feel you are gaining too quickly than reduce your calories intake slightly

Roger	Question	[Reflex] One Stop Xtreme: Hello im gonna start using this product, any directions for use cant we exceed the 145g per day can we take 145g 1 hour before and other 145g right after the training or its better to spl it the grams like 72g 1 hour before and then the others 72g right after the train. And i have other questions aswell .. water is very important is muscle building i m gonna start in a gym and im kinda confused yet. sorry for the off-topic. Cheers
	Answer	Hi Roger You can take 2 servings of the 145g per day each day. In fact this would provide the full daily serving of all of the compounds added into each shake of one stop extreme. Make sure you have one shake after training and you can have the second shake an hour before training to fuel your workout or as a meal replacement shake in between your actual meals i.e. in between lunch and dinner.

jonny hampson	Question	One Stop Xtreme by Reflex: Hi i was wondering if i took this product alongside oxylite pro would i still burn fat or would the calorie intake of one stop counter act the fat burning/fat loss process. Cheers in advance.
	Answer	It depends on your overall calorie intake Jonny, not necessarily this supplement. Make sure you take OEP on an empty stomach for maximum effectiveness at each dose.

eagle	Question	One Stop Xtreme by Reflex: I m about to start taking the Reflex OS Xtreme supplement as an all in one. Does this supplement give me the extra stamina necessary during training apart from reaching my goals of muscle gain, strength, and speed. I m about to take two scoops every day, one at 5pm i.e. one hour before training and one scoop at 9pm i.e. one hour after training. Is this right or do I need to change my timing unfortunately my training session hours are fixed from 6 till 8pm two times a week. What s your advise.
	Answer	Your protocol looks fine and yes, the beta-alanine includes in OS Xtreme definitely helps with stamina / endurance. You should enjoy the product greatly.
