Growth Matrix by Reflex: Been using this for 4 weeks now post-workout with Tri-Matrix Evolution as my pre-workout. [Reflex] Growth Matrix: hi, i ve got a similar question as george and i weigh 78kg, i ve used growth matrix before but wasnt to sure what it was meant to do as i only just started working out. i havent used it for a while but would like to start again, i have also ordered thermo fusion. my aim is to lose some weight and to tone up and to build some muscles, is thermo fusion and growth matrix a good combination for that or could you suggest anything else

That definitely is a good combination, as the growth matrix is a superb post workout product that will enhance results regarding building muscle mass, and lean tissue is essential for fat loss. Thermofusion is also a great product to enhance your metabolism and speed up the process towards your goals, but you should take something like a fish oil alongside it for added benefits (Olio by Biorhythm would be great). John although whey protein plus glutamine is certainly far better than a regular meal after training it does not take full advantage like a proper recovery product like Growth Matrix. For about an hour after training your body is in a unique hormonal state that means a very specifically engineered nutritional delivery can make a huge difference to your progress and growth potential. Growth Matrix is designed specifically for this post workout window of opportunity and is far more useful than even whey protein. However because this unique hormonal state does not exist at other times Growth Matrix is only really designed for post workouts and will not offer extra benefits for your normal dietary meals.
