[Reflex] Flapjacks

A flapjack made like a flapjack should be. These reflex flapjacks have a sense of homely warm baked treats thanks to being hand made in trays and oven baked.

Unlike many other protein flapjacks available the reflex flapjacks contain no hydrolysed gelatine, which is a poor source of protein. Instead the 20g of protein from each flapjack is from pure hydrolysed whey protein, which is arguably one of the highest quality forms of protein available with a high biological value and fantastic amino acid spectrum.

Using whole grain malted oats the flapjacks taste incredible and provide a low GI source of carbohydrates, ideal for in between meals or as a healthy snack.

Additional healthy fats such as pure rapeseed oil and delta tocotrienol provide rich sources of healthy fats assisting general health and proper cell function. Another key benefit is the inclusion of lactospore pro-biotics for maintaining a healthy digestive system.
