Im trying to lose some weigh qucik just to tone up, my girlfriend is coming back after traveling was just wanting to look a bit better even for one night. any suggestions on stacks .
	Answer	There's a lot of good research backing this up Mike. It's not going to drastically alter body composition but with a good diet in place it certainly would help. Lift hard, eat plenty of protein and enjoy.

Forslean is the only version of Coleus Forskohlii that is patented, verified for its potency and tested for both safety and toxicity. Perhaps of more importance is that Forslean is the only form Coleus Forskohlii that has been extensively studied and independently tested in clinical trials.

Forslean is an effective fat loss product because of the active ingredient Forskolin. This active compound is valued for its ability to to activate an enzyme in the body called Adenylate Cyclase. To date there are two studies using ForsLean. These studies have evaluated the effects on body-mass composition of slightly overweight but healthy individuals and revealed promising results. The results showed that after supplementing with ForsLean weight loss was significant after 4 and 8 weeks, the average weight loss was 4.3lbs and 9.2lbs respectively. Importantly no adverse health affects were seen, with no increase in blood pressure or pulse rate
