	Answer	Whey Maxx is best mixed with water for the cleanest available source of protein calories. We generally don't advise mixing with milk unless you really need extra calories and tolerate lactose products better than most.

matthew	Question	Whey Maxx by PVL: how many days worth or servings would you get out of the 4.4kg bag
	Answer	PVL recommend a single scoop serving (although this is entirely arbitary, one can use any serving size desired for their needs) at a measure of 34g. That equates to 129 servings per bag. If you are using 3 servings per day at the manufacturers recommende ed scoop size then you will have 43 days supply in the 4.4kg bag.
