It is also quite high in sat fats but if you drink it according to your needs then its fine. i need 1000 cals per session not the 1500 that comes with one 240 gram serving s so i worked out how much powder to use and just weigh it out each morning. Monster Maxx: what is the recomended servings I take a day it only tells you on the label how many scoops per serving.

There's no recommended serving specifically as it's up to the individual how many extra calories they consume. Many people will simply adjust it into their diet, using two shakes a day along with 3-4 whole meals.

Monster Maxx by PVL: I been using monster maxx for about 3 months now. i m having trouble increasing the weights in training. If I m stuck on the same weights would that mean I won t get bigger muscles and instead I get more body fat

You won't necessarily increase bodyfat, you may just be at your maintenance calorie level. There could be several solutions;

1. You need to consume more calories to increase growth and allow for optimal performance at the gym.
2. You're over-trained, over compensating doing too much volume in your workouts. if this is the case then take some time off for a week or so.
3. You're not following a program or structuring your workouts to allow you to progress on increasing resistance adequately.

It may be a combination in amounts of all three. Only you will know. Hope this helps.

take a weight gainer, i heard that monster maxx was one of the better
weight gainers out there. I want to gain weight, but im afraid of
getting built and just flabby. i want to gain about 15-20 pounds

Jessica, you would probably be best with a shake that contains a decent amount of protein and healthy fats rather than just one with vast amounts of calories that might end up stored as bodyfat if you can't absorb it all. There are a few good options. The Reflex Instant Mass might be a good balance for you. Its an extremely high quality product but it has good quality carbs and fibre so you build your weight back evenly and not just excess sugars which might cause more fat storage.

Products like weight gainers will help you naturally restore some of the lean healthy tissue you've lost but they won't make you built and muscular unless you are doing heavy weight training. You can gain 15 to 20 pounds quite safely and healthily using one of the good quality weight gainers, it is best to do this over a few months however, building up the amount you eat each week, rather than trying to pile weight on in a very short space of time, as the body restores lean tissue quite slowly but adds fat very rapidly. Start with a half serving of something like Instant Mass and build up to having one or two full servings inbetween meals. It can also help to avoid fat storage by having your bigger shakes earlier in the day, as fat storage occurs more in the evening.

Monster Maxx: should i mix this sup with 500ml milk per serving

It depends how many calories you need to boost your diet with Ryan. Monster Maxx is already a very thick and high calorie weight gainer when used with water. Extreme hard gainers can use milk during daily servings other than post workout when water is pr referable.

Monster Maxx [PVL]: hi i see you dont have the pvl mutant mass which is supposed to be better but i didnt know where else to ask this question as i trust body active with good answers... every time i use mutant mass weight gainer i end up needing to crap it out wether i ta ake it in milk or water and at half its serving and after a heavy gym session...do you know why this is

We do not currently stock Mutant Mass as others users have reported that it is simply too high in sugar and calories to be effective. Many people will have digestion problems with overloads of protein unless it is designed for the sensitive system.
