	18/01/2010	Waxy Vol: Great supplement...tried the unflavoured stuff, it leaves like a creamy aftertaste but its drinkable which is the main thing! doesnt giv u any spikes in yr insulin bcus of the low GI which is good unlike some other sugar filled sports supplements. Chan-D

	12/08/2009	[PhD Nutrition] Waxy Vol: Great product, I really feel a difference in sustained energy through workout but I think I will go for unflavoured next time and add my own flavouring, I find mango flavour a bit sickly and acidic John Brennan
