Synergy ISO-7: Tastes good enough (banana) and mixes well. Nice choice of extra ingredients, but a bit low on carbs to be considered a true all-in-one. I topped it up with CNP Pro Fuel post-workout. Rich |

Question |
PhD Nutrition Synergy ISO-7: Hi - I am around 134lb and want to build some muscles and loose body fat. Last time I bought PhD Diet Whey from you and currently taking the same. but have not been able to gain lot of muscles. Would you suggest, Phd Synergy, Phd Recovery or continue with Phd Diet Whey I do want lean muscles with no or very little fat. I usually take protein shakes - 1 in morning with breakfast, 1 before and after Workout and 1 bed time.... During post Workout drink, I usually mix Weetabix in Phd Diet whey to increase Carbs content. Can you please advise I should change product or continue as is Thanks |
|
Answer |
Hi Abhi, Diet whey has nowhere near enough calories to build effective muscles with. You can't lose weight and build muscles at the same time, as to lose weight you need to eat less calories and to build muscle you need to eat more calories. You would need to build size first using quality calories such as instant mass or oat gain, building good mass with minimum fat gains. Once you get to a size your happy with jump on to a high dosed whey protein to maintain muscular size. And then do a cutting cycle to lose any body fat you may have. This is the correct way to get the body you want. |

Question |
Synergy ISO-7 by PhD Nutrition: Im 5 10 & 10stone just joined at a gym and been working out would this spent help me gain size and muscle I ve tried critical mass in the past on its own and I gained weight but it left me lethargic and about sick after one of the big tubs. Would this supplement by phd be my saviour I find it hard to gain weight but my body does grow in the gym, our would another product be more suitable I spend on average 8-10 hours a week in the gym, not alot of cardio because I m so skinny already. |
|
Answer |
Hi Mike, synergy is a great product but theres not enough calories to gain a great deal of muscle. Muscle fuel anabolic would be a lot better for yourself, as it is an amazing all in one with more calories you need to gain size. It has everything you need including, creatine, glutamine and a natural testosterone booster, so if you use this and stick to it you will start to progress nicely. |

Question |
[PhD Nutrition] Synergy ISO-7: I am 33 and have been training since january. I was 17stone 5 pounds and have been weight trainng and eating a regular healthy 4 meals a day. I have gotten my weight down to 16stone 2 pounds and have used Nrg fuels ttp all in one before and after training only. I have been looking at this product but am unsure if its suitable for me. I am looking to gain muscle mass but utimately not put on any weight and maybe even lose a bit more. Would this still be okay for my needs |
|
Answer |
Hi Wayne, depending on how hard you are training this product would be fine for both. It is like every all-in-one in the fact it is designed to refuel your body and help strengthen and repair your body and make you as strong as possible. If your looking to shift excess bodyfat then a fat burner such as inferno2 would be ideal for yourself. As it will burn any excess calories and bodyfat you may have and get you to your desired look faster then ever. |

Question |
PhD Nutrition Synergy ISO-7: I m 16, looking to gain weight/muscle mass and enhance performance. I play rugby (Superleague U16 and union), I train 2 night with superleague club , another night with junior club, play matches on Saturday and Sunday (union). I do a track sprint session on Mondays and have dropped my swim club session on Tuesdays in favour of a rest day. I would like to gain lean mass, currently 5 7 and 10 stone (sometimes dip inder by a couple of pounds). I am triangle shaped and defined and want to develop my physique without carrying flab and slowing down. I have read some of the Q&As and you have mentioned critical mass by reflex etc , I wondered if that would be a good choice , I have used Pharma whey (1 tub over a month) and not gained weight really over that month. I thought Synergy would be good, but it looks expensive and won t last a month. would critical mass and a small amount of a creatine supplement be good i do eat well but maybe struggling to get enough calories in Grateful for your advice |
|
Answer |
Hi Liam, Critical mass is an excellent weight gainer, but the calorie content would pretty much guarantee fat gain at the same time. Synergy is a great all in one with a good calorie count to help you recover and grow, but as you said it won't last very long. I think the perfect supplement for you as you are a very active guy, would be instant mass by reflex. The Warrington wolves use reflex products as we sponsor them and they purchase all their supplements from us so i know what they use. The under 18's use instant mass as it is a clean weight gainer which will allow them to steadily gain muscle mass with minimum fat gain. This gives them a strength and lean size increase without sacrificing speed, endurance etc. |

| Manufacturers Description |
PhD Synergy Iso-7, How often does choosing the correct
supplements leave you utterly confused, frustrated and with empty pockets?
We’ve all made incorrect supplement choices, selecting supplements that
essentially we don’t need, won’t help us achieve our goal and
are simply far too over-priced. We’ve all fallen for the over-expensive
supplements, promising huge gains within miraculous time constraints. You are
not alone in believing in miracles, the supplement designers at PhD have all
been there in years gone by, we’re athletes the same as you, all seeking
nutritional and supplementation synergy and all having experienced the same
frustration you are now. There have been attempts at providing “All-In-One”
in a sports supplement before, but none have been designed with total nutritional
synergy, none of them heading in exactly the same direction with each ingredient
handpicked to compliment each other, producing unique synergistic results.
PhD Nutrition Synergy-ISO-7™ is the answer to the all-in-one conundrum,
it’s also an answer to the prayers of those seeking complete nutritional
synergy. How often have you asked yourself; “Should I buy Whey Protein,
a quality Micronised Creatine, L-Glutamine or a testosterone booster this
month?” You know they all work well together, you know you need them
all to function at your max, but often aren’t sure in which amounts,
or whether you can afford them all at the same time. The confusion has been
eliminated and the work has been done for you by PhD. No longer do you have
to be a slave to the confusion of sports supplementation and no longer do
you have to miss out on one or two of your favourite supplements, because
they’re all in Synergy-ISO-7™. Synergy-ISO-7™ a premium
supplement designed to maximize the various needs of all modern-day athletes.
Modern-living demands we all have busy lives and these time constraints
can often seriously hamper our nutritional choices. Very often do we even
have time to eat 6 times daily, let alone find time to take the individually-packed
supplements we need to progress. With Synergy-ISO-7™, all our result-producing
supplemental-requirements are taken care of in one great-tasting drink.
Synergy-ISO-7™ is designed to assist with the 5 most important goals
sought by modern-day athletes: 1) Increase power and assist strength gains.
