Rossco	Question	PhD Nutrition Synergy: I currently take PhD Synergy twice a day - once with breakfast and after my lunch time workout. If I utilise your offer and stack this with Pharma HMB would it also be worth using a post workout supp like After Glow. I train most lunch times Monday to Friday and play football Tuesday / Thursday Evenings and Saturday. Would the above mentioned Stack work and and what times should I take each product..
	Answer	Yes, it gives you the option of just using synergy once a day and using a post workout drink along with HMB or a protein drink with HMB as a second shake.

Daz	Question	Synergy: Hi, Im currently using optimum nutrition 100 whey protein, I have a 15 bodyfat, im looking to add some weight but dont want to add fat, I eat 6 good meals a day at the moment. I do a lot of boxing and some weight training, would the synergy along with the HMB work well with the 100 whey any advise is appreciated, thanks.
	Answer	Sure Daz, and it will help improve your boxing performance too with the creatine for explosive activity, along with the amino acids / HMB to prevent muscle breakdown. You can always use the Synergy as a post workout product and use the whey to compkiment your protein intake during the morning and throughout the day, mixing it with some carbs or fats to slow down the digestion.

	Answer	Yes Mike you can. It is a completely natural product that is predominantley protein derived from milk. You do not need PCT for this.

	Answer	Before and after is absolutely fine Jon. Just make sure you take one on your rest days as well to maintain a consistant intake of protein - unless you're getting plenty from whole foods as well.
