Recovery 2:1: I have found that while i have been doing intense workouts afterwards i used to use my usual all rounder phd iso7 which was great it is a great product it has many different uses and tastes great. I have been calorie counting and wanting to get cut up after a seriously extreme mass gaining project which left me up at 95kg for my size at 5ft9 I found I was getting to big and losing mobity but to get the muscle you have to go through a bulkling phase. So I was taking a lot of calories in. Once i decided to start the cutting phase I had to do a lot more cardio and have longer workouts and take out my carbs initially i used a fat burner spirodex which was great i lost 15kg with this product but now i am at a point where i want to stay lean and gain a little muscle I am looking for definition more than anything else so my workouts are long and afterwards now the phd iso 7 doesn t have enough to keep my sugar levels up there as I said earler I am cutting a lot of carbs out which means i have now changed to phd whey also so i am suffering some hardcore sugar jitters after my workout and feel like im am ready to pass out almost hyper glycomic using phd recovery prevents this from happening. and when i get up the next day i notice that the muscles i train have responded and taken shape with growth i also notice with cardio now that my fat is vanishing at an alarming rate. I would advise anyone to try this for after your workouts its good value for money and you only use it after your workouts so you will get more than a month out of it. Body active are a great company for advice and the product range and knowledge they have is extensive and yet to be rivalled. The only thing You have to be aware of is what and how far you are taking your exercise and spending on suppliments but phd is great value and tastes fantastic it does exactly whats on the label Chris
