Pharma Whey + Eco Pouch [PhD Nutrition]: Been using Reflex for a while, friends where telling me about PHD Pharma, so i bought the Cookie Flavoured, Bit heavy! but all in all i love it! does exactly what it says! and theres plenty of protein in it! nice big scoop with it to unlike to small one you get from Reflex. Since the Phd Synergy contains creatine, do you agree with a cycle of six weeks on Phd Synergy and than four weeks off. During the 4 weeks off cycle I was thinking of taking a one serving every day of Pharma Whey or Methoxy 7 test. Is this right

There's no need to cycle off creatine; you can use it indefinitely if you wish.

Pharma Whey + Eco Pouch by PhD Nutrition: I have just started on the Phd Synergy Iso 7 and would like your opinion with regards to the daily dosage of supplements to take. I train 2 times a week, therefore on training days I will be taking one serving an hour before training and another serving after training. On non training days I m currently taking one serving of Phd Synergy in the morning. My goals are to increase strength, stamina, and put on lean muscle as I am a bit of a skinny type. Would this supplement be enough or do I need to include another serving of a Phd supplement during the non-training days to reach my goals. If the Phd Synergy is enough I would prefer for financial reasons. If on the other hand you think that I would need a further supplement, I was thinking about Phd Pharma Whey, however I would appreciate your recommendations if any Please note that in my area I can only purchase the Phd supplememnts as the other brands are not of a good quality, so please recommend a Phd product if I need any.

I would say you're overcomplicating things slightly. If you're a bit of a ectomorphy body type, you'll need more calories so combine the synergy with something like Pharma Gain. If you start putting fat on, simply cut back slightly and integrate Pharma whey instead or pharma blend for additional protein.
