A timed-release protein blend from PhD Nutrition. This product took over a year to develop and is the ultimate in time release protein supplementation.

The formula is based around micellar casein, whey protein, egg white protein and soya protein isolate. However to ensure maximum muscle feeding, it has added peptide bonded glutamine and flaxseed oil to further slow protein absorbption and ensure you remain in a muscle building anabolic state for many hours after drinking.

	Answer	Well then i'd have to go with peptide fusion, Gav. It's by far the most ethical and proven in terms of its purity and protein content. The formula is also immaculate and value for money, it's pretty hard to beat. Pharma blend is still a really good product from PHD but I'd have to personally go with Reflex on overall catagories.
