Some people possess certain genes which increase the speed of caffeine breakdown which is why some people can drink more coffee than others for example without serious affects. You are unlikely to become addicted to caffeine in the true medical sense of the word however some people can feel they require the caffeine to replace lost sleep should they come to depend on caffeine. Caffeine at this dose is broken down and excreted well by healthy individuals. As with any fat burner containing stimulants use is not advised indefinitely and also those with conditions such as heart disease or chronic hypertension are warned to avoid them.

Recommended Usage
