	Answer	Terry Catalyst is an anti-oxidant blend which helps minimize the oxidative damage caused by exercise and dieting. It is not designed to pack on muscle or shred fat but it will maintain long term health, improve recovery from the oxidative damage in train ning, limit disease and speed injury healing. General health is an important part of all progress.
