I was searching for more information or reviews but found nothing. Is this product only available on your website and can this product help you gain 10 pounds in one week as said by the official website Im just curious to know more about this product please.

I doubt we are the only retailers of this product, but if youve looked hard online, then maybe its normally only sold in bricks and morter stores.

Gains from this product are more normally around 3 to 6lbs in a week from the feedback we get. But if you are new to this category of supplement, then I would see it as possible that total weight gain may be higher, however, this is due to increased hydration levels in muscle tissue rather than addiional protein storage within the fibers of the muscle.

There is no doubt though, this category of supplement does increase the rate of muscle gain, it increases strength and it improves recovery, so its well worth a try.

Zack, we'd continue to use Twister as normal, however since the Explode product is designed primarily as a pre workout delivery system, you'd be best ensuring the Twister came after the workout. If using more than one serving of Twister per day or for non training days I'd recommend the Explode before breakfast on these days and a serving of Twister inbetween two of your regular meals. The only thing is not to try drinking both at the same sort of time, leave at least an hour between the two products.

Generally just remember the idea that Explode is a pre workout product and Twister a post workout product. Stick to that general guideline and you'll see the best results from both.

Adam it depends whether you wish to do a creatine loading phase or you just want a maintenance routine. For loading use one serving in the morning before breakfast and one serving prior to training (unless you train the morning in which case take the second dose in the early afternoon). For a maintenance routine drink one serving before breakfast on non training days and a serving before training on your workout days.
