Weight Gain by NutriSport: this stuff its like puke! ive tasted a lot of supplements but this is the worst! but the label says its good, i dont know the price (given to me from a friend) and hopefully it will work, :D will report back in a few days to say ciaran |

NutriSport Weight Gain: this product is poor in taste but, has the branched amino acids (brocken down protein)which will give u the muscle mass as it is easily digested.and 1 serving is like having a chicken breast 35g protein. plus creatine. i mean most expensive products dont have the aminos in. so great value 4 money 4 the people who havent got time to cook all day. lee |

Weight Gain [NutriSport]: doesn t taste brilliant but it does the job if not more. supplements arent supposed to taste amazing though. fantastic value for money and thats all that matters to me. in my opinion, best gainer on market! JJ |

Weight Gain [NutriSport]: Did gain weight, made my triceps and biceps bigger with proper training, but it does have loads of sugars and loads of sugars make you fat. so if you re going to take this make sure you do loads of cardio. Shabs |

Add the recommended dosage / scoops from checking the back of the tub. Then simply add the desired amount of water and shake it until it mixes into a nice edible shake. |

Well then quite simply the one that contains the most calories will allow you to pack on lbs faster. Whether it's muscle however is a different question. Each product contains a different selection of ingredients so it's difficult to say outright which one is best for you. You would need to ask yourself which would be more suitable to take throughout various intervals in the day, i.e post-workout, as a meal replacement during the day etc. It's also worth noting the different ingredients listed such as added creatine and BCAA's found in nutrisports product and whether this makes it a more attractive option for you.
For sheer calories though, we'd have to say the Atlas Superweight gainer. |

You could do but it would be difficult to consume more than one per day of each (100g serving in each product) as that would add up to around 7grams of creatine already, which would be already enough. This is just dependant on how you need to adjust your calories into your diet so I'd probably advise against one or the other if you plan on taking more than one a day. |

This is a difficult question to answer as it entirely relates to your own personal goals and daily calorie needs. I would analyse the contents more closely and make a decision on which one is more suitable to your goals as they're both very similar regarding nutritional value - they just vary slightly on the added extra's (i.e. creatine, BCAA's, etc). |
