Glutamine Tablets [Nutrisport]: I was really impressed with these... They are a really good product, quite easy to take and don t taste as horrible as other Glutamine tablets I ve had... I d reccomend them if you re in need of some recovery and help for your muscles. Really good product! I will be buying them again! Ricky |

Nutrisport Glutamine Tablets: Hi, Could you clarify if there would be any benefit in taking Glutamine tablets in addition to Maximuscle Cyclone. If so, what would be the best dose and the best time to maximise results. Thanks |

Cyclone is relatively high in Glutamine content however if you are engaged in lots of extra sports, are dieting for fat loss or are suffering injury or illness you may find increasing glutamine levels may prevent muscle loss due to overtraining or stress s. An extra 5 to 10 grams of glutamine before training and bed can prevent stress related losses. |
