Shred Matrix [Muscle Pharm]: i got this to get down lose a few kgs for a fight at first i was having side effects i was buzzing it says take 3 30 mins before bfast and 3 30 mins before lunch so to counter i did the bfast and had the other 3 before dinner and it worked for me i am on a sensible diet and am training daily and the weight is dropping off ths product worked quickley and effectivley for me danny |

I am not able to take 30mins before breakfast and then work out as I am 18 and still in school.
